With rising labor costs and growing market demand, manual sorting and boxing of Christmas tree injection molded products can no longer meet efficient production needs, facing issues like high labor demand, easy misjudgment of defective products and low boxing efficiency. The equipment adopts a multi-branch convergent conveying design: 4 independent conveying branches are docked with 4 injection molding machines respectively, collecting products evenly and transporting them to the main conveying line, avoiding product accumulation and confusion. Equipped with high-definition CCD visual system, it quickly locates products and accurately identifies defects such as deformation, burrs and missing parts, automatically screening unqualified products to guarantee product quality.

Two high-speed parallel robots work coordinately, grasping qualified products stably and placing them into plastic boxes neatly, improving packaging space utilization. The whole process only needs 1 worker to supervise and replace boxes, replacing 6-8 manual workers, reducing labor costs by more than 70%.
