Double Layer Belt Line Elevator – Automatic Christmas Tree Product Plating & Conveying
Material handling and product plating between injection molding machines and packaging links often affect the overall production efficiency, and our double layer belt line elevator integrates multiple functions to solve this problem, realizing efficient and automatic product handling and plating.
This equipment is equipped with a double-layer belt conveyor and lifting system, realizing stable lifting and conveying of empty blister trays and finished products. It cooperates with the injection molding machine’s 6-axis robot, which grasps injection molded products and places them into empty blister trays accurately, realizing automatic plating. After full plating, the elevator automatically conveys the finished trays to the unloading area, realizing unmanned handling.
The double-layer design saves workshop space, and the belt conveying runs smoothly, preventing product damage. It has adjustable speed and height, adapting to different injection molding machines and production line layouts, with strong compatibility. This equipment optimizes the production process, reduces manual intervention, improves production continuity, cuts labor costs and boosts overall production efficiency.
